Hiroshi Mizuno is founder and CEO with over 25 years' experience in the semiconductor industry. He has achieved numerous technical accomplishments and served in a myriad of managerial roles during his career. His achievements produced patents that have been presented at technical conferences and published in various industry publications. He founded ATI to leverage his expertise with excursion control technologies and deliver world-class solutions to the manufacturing industry.

Attila Balazs is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer with over 15 years' experience in the semiconductor industry. He serves as the core developer of ATI’s products. He has released ECM (Equipment Configuration Monitor), PRM (Process Recipe Monitor), SDV (Sensor Data Viewer) and other products including many utility programs. Along with Attila’s industry experience he brings extensive business acumen from prior entrepreneurial ventures which enable him to manage production expenses thus ensuring the customer receives the highest return on investment.
